How to study for GRE
With two months to prepare a study plan for the GRE, you can divide your study time into two parts. During the first month of your GRE study plan, focus on mastering the strategic approaches to each type of question in the GRE, as well as knowledge of the vocabulary and mathematical content you will need to correct the questions. During the second month of your GRE study plan, focus on answering questions more quickly, practicing over time. Also, challenge yourself with more difficult questions.
The GRE General Test is required by graduate programs in most fields. The GRE is not specific to any academic discipline, but it tests your executive functioning skills. Your executive thinking operates like the CEO of your brain, and GRE test writers want to see the CEO’s performance in terms of data analysis, problem solving and critical thinking. Success in GRE depends on your ability to prioritize the information presented and organize it in a way that allows efficient problem solving.
With enough time and effort, you can expect improvements in GRE scores and overall reasoning skills.
